7. How much time does this participation take? <Return to table of contents All participants take part in three distinct forms of inquiry. Firstly, each participant has extensive discussions with Dr. Ruga – these are the basis of the interviews. These discussions with Dr. Ruga consist of 24 hours over the course of a year. Generally, every 4 – 6 weeks, a telephone call is scheduled for about 2 hours. However, the way that the time is used is entirely flexible: it can be used for on-site workshops; longer and more intensive discussions; or for consultations on specific projects. Secondly, each participant engages in their own personal reflexive practice. This
practice is documented in their case study accounts – which is the
basis for the diary writing. Copyright © 2008 The CARITAS Project |
