Leadership Summit The Leadership Council was a group of 22 world leaders invited to participate in The CARITAS Project's first project, a Leadership Summit at the Esalen Institute during a week in November 2001. Each of these leaders was chosen because of their work being recognized as a living expression of the ideals of The CARITAS Project.
