5. Has Leading by Design received any foundation grant funding?

Leading by Design is the recipient of a prestigious invited ‘Community Grant’ from the US-based Nathan Cummings Foundation, which was generously supported by NCF board member, Dr. Robert Mayer.

Leading by Design is the ‘further work’ of a four-year original research investigation conducted by Wayne Ruga as a pilot study that was funded by the UK government. At the conclusion of this four-year investigation, Dr. Ruga was awarded a PhD as an acknowledgement of the contribution that his discovery brings to the field of practice.
