‘Leading by Design’ (LBD) — the third project of The CARITAS Project — is a learning program that provides the opportunity to progress one’s career, work, business, and life into advanced levels of success. It is a new approach to the practice of leadership, developed by Dr. Wayne Ruga, that is the culmination of his 45+ years of continued applied research into discovering effective strategies for improving health, healthcare, and quality of life through design of the environment.

Each LBD participant is encouraged to write their case study as a means of advancing their learning and sharing these learnings with the wider community. On the left, you can read about the learnings of several LBD participants.
