Building bridges to policy, research and practice
The CARITAS Project advances the belief that social and physical environments are shaped by cultural values. The Project works to develop the tools — sustainable methods, techniques, and systems — necessary to create intentional, human-centered cultures that have respect for human dignity at their very core. The Project builds trans-disciplinary bridges that encourage individuals, organizations, and communities to join together and use their diverse expertise and experience to discover new insights. These networks also provide support for those who perform research, craft policy, and engage in the practice of planning, designing, building, operating, and maintaining human-centered environments.

What the future holds
In the foreseeable future, The CARITAS Project's goals are to further its mission by seeking out grants and sponsorships to support and expand the work of the Leadership Council and to develop and organize future community learning initiatives.
