The discussions with Dr. Ruga consist of a maximum of 24 hours over the course of a year. Generally, every 4 – 6 weeks, a telephone call is scheduled for about 2 hours. However, the way that the time is used is entirely flexible: it can be used for on-site workshops; longer and more intensive discussions; or for consultations on specific projects.

The annual, 4-day long Learning Collaborative (LC) is scheduled in consultation with the entire group. Each year, this meeting is hosted in the offices of one of the LBD participants.
